This amazing villa is a very private property where you can enjoy the perfect vacation with family & friends in a truly luxurious and serene setting. The villa is beautifully decorated with lots of details and unique artwork that will delight you. As soon as you walk through the front door, you will feel right at home. The double-height ceiling in the entrance hall and the open floor plan of the living- & dining room are simply stunning and very welcoming.

The living room and terrace offer plenty of comfortable built-in sofas and areas where you can sit and relax. The living- and dining room open up to the grand terrace, which overlooks the backyard. Here, you’ll have lots of green space and if you’re traveling with kids, this is where they can play around and have fun (just bring your own toys). In the garden, you’ll also find a palapa (an open-sided deck with a roof) with a casual dining table and a BBQ grill. This is a great place to enjoy a casual lunch or dinner.

Enjoy a private swimming pool with waterfall and soak up the sun on a sunbed by the pool. This is your dream vacation… The outdoor pool deck and garden is the perfect place to relax during the day, eat, drink, listen to music.
The pool has a gas heater which is turned on for you if you so desire. We charge USD 30 per day to run the heater to cover the cost of the gas.

DOWNSTAIRS:

The open floor plan living- and dining room is the place to lounge and entertain. The space is air-conditioned, but you can open the beautiful wooden terrace doors to let the fresh, Caribbean breeze flow gently through the house. The villa has a cozy TV room right next to the living room with large, roomy sofas where you can relax and feel at home and, if you prefer to read, there are also plenty of books around to keep you entertained. The TV room, which has is air-conditioning and a ceiling fan can be converted into a bedroom with a queen bed with ensuite bathroom.

The formal dining room is set up with a large dining table, which seats 12 persons comfortably. Or, if you want to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the terrace or in the garden palapa.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation. Your maid (who is included in the villa rental) is also a very good cook and can prepare your daily breakfast and lunch in the villa (groceries are not included). If you want to hire a professional chef, you also have that possibility ($).

UPSTAIRS:

The Villa has 4 beautiful bedrooms, which are all located on the upstairs level of the villa. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, high vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, TV, safe, and window screens.

The villa has 2 master suites with king-size beds and a private balcony. One of the master bedrooms also has a Jacuzzi bathtub and a large adjacent study, which can be used as an office or just a private place to relax.

The remaining 2 bedrooms both have 2 queen beds.
Perhaps the best-kept secret of this villa is the small “rooftop” balcony which has a high-top table and 4 chairs and incredible views of the lush landscape below and the ocean in the distance.
